1. What this policy covers

PanClip (“we”, “our”) provides a web tool for creating and publishing content to TikTok accounts that users authorize.

2. Data we collect

  • Account data you provide, including email, name, and workspace settings
  • TikTok account data after you connect, including a platform account identifier, basic profile details, and authorization credentials needed to publish
  • Content you upload or generate for publishing, and its publish status
  • Technical logs, including IP address, browser or device details, and timestamps, for security

3. How we use data

  • Operate PanClip and complete posts you explicitly confirm
  • Show publish status and account connection state
  • Secure the service and comply with law

We do not sell personal data.

4. Sharing

When you click Publish, necessary content and metadata are sent to TikTok under your authorization. We use processors, such as hosting and storage providers, only to run the service under appropriate safeguards.

5. Retention

Connection credentials are stored securely on our servers. Videos selected for direct upload are sent from your browser to TikTok and are not stored by PanClip. Photos are stored temporarily so TikTok can retrieve them, then removed after TikTok reports a final publishing result; abandoned temporary photos are scheduled for deletion within one day. If you disconnect TikTok or delete your account, we stop using those credentials and delete or anonymize personal data within a reasonable period, unless law requires longer retention.

6. Your controls

  • Disconnect TikTok inside PanClip
  • Revoke access in the TikTok app
  • Request access, correction, or deletion via privacy@yumustudio.com

7. Security

Service credentials stay on the server. We use HTTPS and access controls. No method is 100% secure.

8. Children

PanClip is not directed to children under 13, or the higher age required in your region.

9. Changes

We will update this page and revise the “Last updated” date when this policy changes.
