1. Service

PanClip helps users create content and, when authorized, publish that content to their own TikTok accounts through TikTok’s official publishing services.

2. Your account and TikTok authorization

• You must use PanClip only with TikTok accounts you are entitled to operate.
• Publishing requires your explicit confirmation after reviewing a preview and selecting privacy and disclosure settings.
• You may revoke TikTok access at any time in PanClip or in the TikTok app.

3. Acceptable use

• You must comply with TikTok Terms of Service, Community Guidelines, Branded Content Policy, and Music Usage Confirmation where applicable.
• Do not use PanClip to spam, misrepresent commercial relationships, add unauthorized watermarks, or circumvent platform rules.
• Do not interfere with service limits or share account credentials.

4. Content

You retain rights to content you provide. You grant us a limited license to process and transmit that content solely to operate the service, including delivery to TikTok when you publish.

5. Disclaimer

PanClip is provided “as is.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, approval of every TikTok post, or any particular commercial result.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.

7. Changes

We may update these Terms by posting a new version on this page with a revised date.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China. Disputes shall be submitted to the competent court in Guangzhou, China, unless mandatory consumer rules require otherwise.
